1. Off To See The Wizard

Oh my, it feels good to be posting again!!  I feel like my December passed like a whirlwind!  You know that scene in the Wizard of Oz where Dorothy’s house has been picked up by the tornado and she can see her family doing their regular duties outside of her window– only they are just whizzing by?  That is how my December felt.  I could see my days ripping off the calendar in fast speed, my world in a giant whirlwind, my Christmas flying by, my children growing like weeds, my blog being neglected, my New Years gone, and my sanity lost.  I guess this is expected when 2 people (my husband and I) take on the task of replacing the floors without professional help and in a tiny time period.  Yep we are nuts and are now in need of another kind of professional’s help.   It is safe to say now though, that my house officially has new floors and is about 98% finished with the impromptu remodel.  I am actually pretty proud of us.  :)  If you don’t know what I am talking about, you can catch up here. I still have a bunch of unpacking and some touch up things around the house, but mostly it feels like be are back to our normal state.  Thank God!

On another note, I have a bunch of new things in line for this year.  Some personal, some professional.  Either way, stay tuned so you can be in the loop!  ;)  AND because I want to show off my pretty baby,  here are a couple of images of my cuddle bug taken earlier today.
